How does membership work?
Membership in the Polaris Letters mail club works on a monthly basis. The physical letters are sent out on the 5th of every month (please allow 5-10 business days for delivery) and will continue with the monthly cadence unless you choose to skip a month or cancel your membership.
Monthly letters cover aspects of philosophy, discipline, allegory, self-development, and ancient & modern wisdom.
The primary goals of The Polaris Letters is to help thoughtful people:

When will I get my letter?
Your 1st letter will be sent a few days after you start your membership. Every new member receives "The Adventure of Moving Forward" letter as their first letter. It's an important letter that explores new beginnings, and acts as a vital first step to this journey. (It also ensures that you get something in your mailbox asap! Unlike other mail clubs that make you wait quite a long time if you miss the sign up window.)
The following letters will then sync with the monthly cadence that the rest of the club is on. If you started your membership longer than 10 days before the last day of the month, you will enter the cadence the following month. If shorter than 10 days, you will enter the cadence the 2nd month after your start date. (ex: If you started membership between Jan 1st-21st, your next letter would be in February. If you started membership between Jan. 22nd-31st, your next letter would be in March)
The monthly letters are sent on the 5th of the month. Please allow 5-10 business days for USPS to do its thing...

What if I need to cancel, skip, or change my address?
You may skip a month or cancel membership at any time. To do so, find the account login in the upper right hand corner of the homepage. You will also be able to update your mailing or billing address from your account.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed for the first letter at the time you start your membership. Billing for the subsequent monthly letters happens on the 1st of the month, and the letters are sent out on the 5th of the month. Please allow 5-10 business days for the letter to arrive. This is the magic of snail mail. If you haven't received the letter after 10 business days, please reach out to polarisletters@gmail.com for assistance.Â
